Minimum reservation periods

July & August - 2 weeks

September, October, March, April, May &  June - 1 week

November to February -  3 days  - price according to the number of guests.

Deposit  - 25%  -  time of booking 

Balance  -  8 weeks prior to the rental period.

Where a booking period crosses  two tariffs, the rate is apportioned according to the rate for each period.   

Changeover day  -  Saturday, but can be flexible out of season.

Maximum occupancy  -  10 including infants.

We can also accept Euros

Holiday insurance

It is strongly advisable to take holiday insurance to rent our house if you will be using the  pool. 

You should take a policy that will cover:

• cancellation - the 25% deposit is not refundable and the balance too if we can't re-let.

• Personal liability-  if children accidentally damage the pool liner a replacement will cost £3000.00.

• Medical & Breakdown insurance is also a good idea.
